• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll happily arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

• Allergic Reactions: We understand that skin sensitivities can occur. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use and contact us within7 days of receipt. We may require a photo of reaction and will offer a store credit or refund depending on the situation.

• Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
